Can I get a sample of your coving/skirting/dado? – yes, we charge £2.50 per sample to cover costs. Please email us which sample(s) you require and we will send you a secure paylink. Once received we will post or courier it to you.
How much do you charge for delivery? – We charge £20 + VAT per consignment, whatever the size, with the following exceptions:
Channel Islands: £20
Isle of Man: £30
Scottish Highlands: £20
Northern Ireland: £30
Are your products in stock? When will I get delivery? – Nearly all products are kept in stock (unless stated). We aim to deliver within 3-4 working days of your order and if for any reason we are out of stock we will call to advise.
Do you have a showroom? – Sorry but after Covid, we have now taken the decision to close our showroom.
Are your products easy to install? – Yes, they are strong and lightweight making installation very simple for any competent DIY person. Only adhesive is needed (no screws or nails), and being convenient lengths of between 2m and 2.6m, no additional help of a second person is needed.
Goods have arrived damaged in transit – This is very rare, but please inspect all consignments within 48 hours and report any damage with a photograph for us to issue a replacement. Claims for damage outside of this time will not be accepted. Minor scuff marks or end section damage are not regarded as sufficient for replacement.
I wish to return my order – This is fine, but you must notify us in advance to confirm and within 14 calendar days of receipt to obtain a return reference number and our warehouse address. We cannot arrange collection so it is your responsibility to return goods at your own cost. All items returned must reach us in a re-saleable condition so we suggest you arrange insurance with your chosen carrier in case of any breakage/damage during return transit. We do not accept returns after this date. We offer a sample service for all linear items (e.g coving, skirting, dado rail etc) to ensure you obtain the correct item from the outset.
